A small memory test or questionnaire that is relevant for you may be administered.


Education

A discussion and education about the problem detected, if any, or about any other questions you may have.




Advice

If referred or advised to have a brain scan to help in the diagnosis process, a follow-up review may be needed after the scan. Signposting to services that could help you. This could be voluntary services in your area or follow-up care under your local memory service.

Report

A report on the headed paper will be sent to you.
